앱 출근버튼 오류

저희 매장 직원분이 앱에서 출근버튼을 누르면 (블루투스연결상태임에도)블루투스 연결이 안되어있다는 문구만 뜨고 출근이 안눌린다고 하는데 어떻게 해야 할까요?
